EBC1082 Blog post 3: Racial Issues in Taiwan

In China, the various reasons left over by history between the Han and the ethnic minorities have achieved a situation now. The ethnic minorities can add points in major examinations on the grounds that the ethnic minorities have poor learning conditions. This gave me the idea: Is there a huge gap between the learning conditions of townships and big cities? Why is there no concept of “plus points"? This explanation may not be found. This is also a race issue in Taiwan.
In Taiwan, there are only 16 indigenous peoples. These ethnic groups are the treasures of Taiwan and have a rich historical heritage. But even then this will inevitably be discriminated by some people. After all, the indigenous people are still a minority in Taiwan. So discrimination is inevitable, and all we can do for them is to face them with normal eyes,Instead of squeezing them with others.
No matter what race people have the right to be respected, no one can choose which race they can be born in, so please treat them with normal eyes.
